Shipping & Delivery Policy

At The Safari Stitch, we aim to ensure that your order reaches you safely and as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping and delivery terms below.

Shipping Charges

We offer free standard shipping on all orders across India.

If an express or expedited delivery service is specifically requested or selected, any additional express courier charges will be borne by the customer. Express shipping charges are non-refundable, including in cases where the order is subsequently returned or refunded.

Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

All orders are shipped through registered domestic courier partners and/or Speed Post, depending on the delivery location and service availability.

Our estimated delivery timelines are:

• Delhi NCR: Approximately 2–3 business days

• Same-day delivery in Delhi NCR: Available via Porter on request. Additional delivery charges apply and must be paid directly to the Porter delivery partner upon delivery.

• Other Indian cities: Approximately 3–7 business days

Delivery timelines are calculated from the date of order/payment confirmation, unless a different delivery date has been mutually agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.

Please note that these timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, remote delivery locations, strikes, unforeseen logistical disruptions, or other circumstances affecting the courier network.

Order Dispatch & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, the relevant shipping and/or tracking details will be shared with you through the contact information provided at the time of placing the order.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address, contact number, email address, and other delivery information provided at checkout are complete and accurate.

Delays in Delivery

While we make every reasonable effort to ensure timely dispatch and delivery, Safari Stitch Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier companies, postal authorities, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

In case of an unexpected delay, our team will make reasonable efforts to assist with tracking the shipment and coordinating with the relevant courier partner.

Delivery

All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. Once an order has been dispatched, changes to the delivery address may not always be possible and will be subject to the courier partner's policies.

Delivery confirmation and relevant order updates may be communicated to the email address and/or contact number provided by the customer at the time of placing the order.
